Cantrex is only aluminium extrusion company in the English-Speaking Caribbean Countries with an ability to manufacture powder coating and Wood grain extrusions. The company is in existence since 1985 initially it was known as Allied Forming Ltd and later rechristened as Cantrex Ltd in 1991. The company is a joint venture between Malaika Holdings Ltd, St Lucia and Mr Terry Bhagwansingh of Dansteel Ltd, hardware giant of Trinidad and Tobago.
The company is situated in Industrial Area of Arima and specialises in manufacturing Architectural and building profiles, Transportation, Automotive, Sports equipment, Marine, Machines framing, renewable energy and medical facilities for quality conscious North American Markets and Caribbean economies. The quality is of paramount importance to the company and takes pride in providing high end material, meeting tolerance to the users and consumers.
The aluminium profiles Cantrex manufactures have excellent surface finish, right mechanical and chemical properties that are needed to meet the international standards. All the products are manufactured for American standards.
